Maria is a registered yoga instructor certified through Simply Power Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate Studio. She found a love for yoga and meditation in her childhood and has been practicing since! Maria enjoys pushing the edges of each yoga pose while integrating mindfulness and meditative techniques. She believes that yoga strengthens individuals physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
She is teaching a Vinyasa yoga class on Saturday at noon at the studio, and welcomes all levels to her class. Maria is passionate about teaching yoga in a trauma-informed, accessible, and inclusive way.
Maria is working towards her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, Maria gets lost in the woods, on her yoga mat, or in a good book
Maureen Brenner is a 200 RYT who has been instructing since 2011.
Over the past 9 years, Maureen has acquired new skills in the field by becoming certified to teach trauma-sensitive and kid yoga. As a school administrator, Maureen has incorporated yoga for children in and out of the classroom to help with self-regulation.
Maureen's Saturday 10 am yoga class is appropriate for mixed-level students.
Christianne is a certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and has been practicing various forms of yoga for 18 years. Her classes focus on an element of strength building followed by rejuvenation poses to increase flexibility.
She welcomes all fitness levels to her Fit Flow yoga class Mondays at 6:30pm. Be ready to bring fun and laughter into the class! She's also eager to lead a Baby & Me class, if there's interest.
Christianne is an artist, with a BFA and Art History minor from NSCAD University in Canada.
Lauren's senior year of acting school, feeling anxious about her future and acting, her outlook on life was negative. Then one day in January 2018. her best friend took her to her first hot vinyasa flow, and she was hooked. It felt so good, Lauren explored more. She decided she wanted yoga in her life along with a career in theatre and film.
Lauren is certified to teach through DRISHTIQ Yoga in Mason. She credits yoga with boosting her creativity as an actress. Yoga has pulled her from ruts and obstacles and brought her peace of mind.
Lauren leads Self-care Yoga for Performers on Sundays at Noon. This is a gentle class with instrumental music. Open to all who wish to come!
Laure welcomes all ages and fitness levels to her TriYoga® classes. She leads morning yoga Wednesday & Fridays@9:30 am, and evening TriYoga Tuesdays@6:30 pm.
TriYoga® is a flowing practice that unites dynamic and sustained postures, breath and focus to create greater flow of energy. Laure is certified through Mary Kemper and has trained with TriYoga founder Kali Ray.
Laure is a filmmaker, and President of LQ Consulting Video, PR & Community Engagement.
She served four years as a Cincinnati City Council Member, and 13 years leading Channel 9's I-Team.
