Laure welcomes all ages and fitness levels to her TriYoga® Friday at 9:30 am, Saturday at 10 am and Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
You will get lots of personal attention in our small boutique studio.
Laure guides yogis in the flowing TriYoga practice that unites dynamic and sustained postures, breath and focus to create greater flow of energy. She uses props like blocks, straps and bolsters to support your good alignment and deeper relaxation in yoga poses.
Laure earned her TriYoga certification through Mary Kemper and has trained with TriYoga founder, Yogini Kaliji.
Laure is a filmmaker, and President of LQ Consulting Video, PR & Community Engagement.
She served four years as a Cincinnati City Council Member, and led the Channel 9 I-Team for 13 years, where yoga was a lifesaver to keep her sane and healthy.
She lives in Mt. Lookout with a crazy rescue dog, Forrest Gump and a new chocolate lab puppy, Lt. Dan,
Mary Kemper is a senior TriYoga® instructor who has introduced many to this practice since 1994 and trained others to teach this method.
Mary has studied closely with TriYoga founder Kali Ray for over 25 years and completed the 500-hour level Vishwa Ayurveda training with William Brashear.
She began yoga as a teen, studying with her mother, Mary Louise Kemper, a founder of the Cincinnati Yoga Teachers Association.
TriYoga is a gentle class with props (bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets) and rhythmic breathing to create a relaxed body and calm mind.
TriYoga is great for beginners to learn alignment, and for experienced students to go deeper.
Joelle Daniel Tunning is a healthy, plus-sized fitness trainer and yoga teacher. Joelle understands deeply that we are all in different bodies and that fitness can be achieved at any age and at any size.
Her Gentle Yoga class Mondays at 6:30 pm is another way Joelle helps students achieve their potential on their own terms. doing what is right for their body.
Joelle has a degree in Exercise Science from Cincinnati State. She is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, a 300-hour World Peace Yoga certified Foundational Yoga Teacher and a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has also completed the Parkinson’s Disease Move It or Lose It program through Parkinson Community Fitness, where she spends most days training people living with PD.
Joelle has been practicing yoga since 2019 and believes that yoga is for EVERY. BODY
