From the earliest days of her practice, she fell in love with the mindfulness and peace that yoga brought to her everyday life, and cultivated a passion for sharing yoga with others.
She believes in slower flows that focus on proper alignment and breath work, helping you to let go, become one with the present moment, and heal. Michaela’s classes are a safe space for students of all levels and all walks of life, especially those dealing with anxiety, depression, or stress.
