Laure welcomes all ages and fitness levels to her TriYoga® classes Friday at 9:30 am, Saturday at 9:15 am, Sunday at 4:30 pm, and Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
You will get lots of personal attention in our small boutique studio.
Laure guides yogis in the flowing TriYoga practice that unites dynamic and sustained postures, breath and focus to create greater flow of energy. She uses props like blocks, straps and bolsters to support your good alignment and deeper relaxation in yoga poses.
Laure earned her TriYoga certification through Mary Kemper and has trained with TriYoga founder, Yogini Kaliji.
Laure is a filmmaker, and President of LQ Consulting Video, PR & Community Engagement.
She served four years as a Cincinnati City Council Member, and led the Channel 9 I-Team for 13 years, where yoga was a lifesaver to keep her sane and healthy.
She lives in Mt. Lookout with a crazy rescue dog, Forrest Gump and a new chocolate lab puppy, Lt. Dan,
Victoria Vogelgesang leads Hatha Yoga on Monday night at 6 pm.
Victoria holds a 200-CYT certification and teaches Sivananda (hatha) yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, meditation and reiki. She was trained at Sivananda Bahamas and East Cincy Yoga.
She is currently in the 800-hr Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training. Upon completion,she looks forward to becoming a Yoga Therapist and working with clients on the five points of yoga: proper breathing, proper movement, proper relaxation, proper diet, meditation and positive thinking.
Victoria enjoys kirtan, sound baths, and is interested in interfaith dialogue, which has led to her involvement in “Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga” as an extension of her yoga practice.
Maureen Brenner is a 200 hour RYT with over 10 years of experience teaching yoga in the greater Cincinnati area.
Monday nights at 6:30 pm Maureen teaches Hatha Yoga for All Levels. Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical postures to preserve and channel energy.
Students will enjoy a creative class that focuses on a variety of poses, which are paired with deep breath work. Each and every yoga class is unlike the other!
All levels are welcome as she will provide modifications to meet the needs of the student.
In addition to teaching yoga, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, playing Pickleball, traveling, boating and watching sports.
She and Laure often play pickleball on Sunday afternoons!
