Maria Rockett leads Vinyasa Yoga Saturday@Noon.
She found a love for yoga and meditation in her childhood and has been practicing since! She is a certified through Simply Power Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate Studio.
Maria enjoys pushing the edges of each yoga pose while integrating mindfulness and meditative techniques. She believes that yoga strengthens individuals physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
She welcomes all levels to her class. Maria is passionate about teaching yoga in a trauma-informed, accessible, and inclusive way.
Maria is working towards her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, Maria gets lost in the woods, on her yoga mat, or in a good book
In Maureen's Hatha Yoga class Wednesday at 6:30 pm, yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and modifications are integrated to help with ease of movement. Poses are varied for all levels of yoga students.
Maureen has 8 years of experience as a yoga teacher and instructs her class for all fitness levels.
With her Hath Yoga, you’ll find a class that focuses on connecting deep breath while holding and flowing in and out of poses.
Maureen does a great job of cuing students into proper alignment as well as offering modification support for optimum performance.

Mary teaches TriYoga Therapeutics Thursday at 6:30 pm. This is a gentle, restorative class with sustained poses supported with props (ie, bolsters, straps, blocks blankets).
This Yin-like practice allows muscles and fascia to gently lengthen, hydrate and improve range of motion.
Mary Kemper is is a senior TriYoga® instructor who has introduced many to this practice since 1994 and trained others to teach this method.
Mary has studied closely with TriYoga founder Kali Ray for over 25 years and completed the 500-hour level Vishwa Ayurveda training with William Brashear.
She began yoga as a teen, studying with her mother, Mary Louise Kemper, a founder of the Cincinnati Yoga Teachers Association. Formally trained as a medical writer, Mary works for the neurosurgeons at Mayfield Clinic.
Christianne teaches Fit Flow yoga Monday 6:30 pm.
She is a certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and has been practicing various forms of yoga for 18 years. Her classes focus on an element of strength building followed by rejuvenation poses to increase flexibility.
She welcomes all fitness levels to her Fit Flow yoga. Be ready to bring fun and laughter into the class! She's also eager to lead a Baby & Me class, if there's interest.
Christianne is an artist, with a BFA and Art History minor from NSCAD University in Canada.
Lauren leads Self-care Yoga for Creatives Sunday at Noon, and Wednesday at 10:30 am.
This is a gentle class, appropriate for all.
In Lauren's senior year of acting school, she was feeling anxious about her future and acting. Then one day in January 2018. her best friend took her to her first yoga class and she was hooked. It felt so good, Lauren decided she wanted yoga in her life along with a career in theatre and film.
Lauren is certified to teach through DRISHTIQ Yoga in Mason. She credits yoga with boosting her creativity as an actress. Yoga has pulled her from ruts and obstacles and brought her peace of mind.

She encourages you to bring yoga blocks, a strap and blanket or towel to her online class, so she may guide you to use props to support good alignment, and relax into a pose.

Laure is a filmmaker, and President of LQ Consulting Video, PR & Community Engagement.
She served four years as a Cincinnati City Council Member, and 13 years leading Channel 9's I-Team.
