Laure welcomes all ages and fitness levels to her TriYoga® classes Monday and Friday at 9:30 am, and Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
You will get lots of personal attention in our small boutique studio.
Laure guides yogis in the flowing TriYoga practice that unites dynamic and sustained postures, breath and focus to create greater flow of energy. She uses props like blocks, straps and bolsters to support your good alignment and deeper relaxation in yoga poses.
Laure earned her TriYoga certification through Mary Kemper and has trained with TriYoga founder, Yogini Kaliji.
Laure is a filmmaker, and President of LQ Consulting Video, PR & Community Engagement.
She served four years as a Cincinnati City Council Member, and led the Channel 9 I-Team for 13 years, where yoga was a lifesaver to keep her sane and healthy.
She lives in Mt. Lookout with a crazy rescue dog, Forrest Gump and a new chocolate lab puppy, Lt. Dan,
Aysha teaches Pint Size Yoga for 3 to 6 year-old children Saturdays at 10 am.
Aysha has been a Certified Recreation Therapist for over 20yrs, specializing in working with children, adolescents, adults, and veterans with disabilities.
Working with veterans in the Florida VA as a recreation therapist led her to pursue her 200 RYT yoga certification.
Noticing how the pandemic was affecting her then 1yr old, Aysha found ways to use mindfulness and breathing to help her little one. A friend/yoga mentor introduced her to the Yogi Beans trainings for kids’ yoga, where she was able to complete trainings in child, family, tween, and baby yoga.
She brings a unique experience as a recreation therapist helping children learn and explore new interests. Aysha is the owner of The RecRoom Yogi LLC, and holds certifications in recreation therapy, adaptive sports and recreation, and yoga.

Joelle Daniel Tunning is a healthy, plus-sized fitness trainer and yoga teacher. Joelle understands deeply that we are all in different bodies and that fitness can be achieved at any age and at any size.
Her Gentle Yoga class Mondays at 6:30 pm is another way Joelle helps students achieve their potential on their own terms. doing what is right for their body.
Joelle has a degree in Exercise Science from Cincinnati State. She is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, a 300-hour World Peace Yoga certified Foundational Yoga Teacher and a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has also completed the Parkinson’s Disease Move It or Lose It program through Parkinson Community Fitness, where she spends most days training people living with PD.
